Maximise provides integration to Rockwell Spectrum and Aspect call centre as follows 1. E1 integration for “hardware dialling” 2. CTI Softdialling using Transaction Link or Contact Server as appropriate 3. SIP VOIP integration where Maximise appears to the Aspect Call Centre server as a single endpoint with multiple DN’s associated to it (2 per concurrent logged in agent) Maximise can blend using CTI Links with the Rockwell Spectrum and Aspect Call Centre inbound ACD to provide an integrated call centre solution.
