 Call recording software solutions for Nortel 

Nortel Meridian and Succession platforms have a massive installed base worldwide in both PBX and ACD environments. Magnetic North were founder members of Nortel’s Business Affiliate program and have been Developer Partners since this scheme superseded the Affiliate programme. Our call recording and predictive dialing applications have been tested and certified by Nortel in their Galway development labs as Nortel approved.

                                                                             

How does Optimise call recording software integrate with Nortel?

 
Platforms that call recording works with:

    Nortel Meridian 1 with X21 Release 16 or above software
          and Meridian or Symposium Link CTI enabled
   
   Nortel Succession with Nortel Call Centre Server v4
          or above with CTI enabled
   
  Nortel DMS 100 using Compucall CTI Interface and
          Genesys CTI or Sympoisium
   
  Nortel CS2K using Unistim Passive Spanning (no CTI
          is required)


VOIP call recording is achieved using either network mirror ports on data routers to provide us with a copy of the VOIP traffic to record, or we recommend and encourage customers to use specialist network  Tap units which provide a more scalable solution and have less impact on the overall network  and its management.

 

Optimise call recording integrates tightly to Nortel Meridian1 with Meridian Max and Symposium Call Centre Server, Nortel Succession and Nortel Call Centre Server, DMS100 and CS2K Carrier platforms.

We support call recording using VOIP to capture the Nortel I2003 Unistim protocol and record calls.

How does Maximise predictive dialler integrate with Nortel?

Maximise provides a three integration routes to Nortel Enterprise platforms –
1.   Voice card (E1) integration using QSIG to connect to
       the PABX
2.   CTI Softdialling using Symposium Link and Virtual TN’s
       on Digital Line Cards as Dialling ports
3.   SIP VOIP integration where Maximise appears to the
       Succession server as a single endpoint with multiple
       DN’s associated to it (2 per concurrent logged in agent)

Maximise can blend using Meridian or Sympoisum / Call Centre Server CTI Links with the Nortel inbound ACD to provide an integrated contact center solution.
