MGt, the leading provider of software and solutions to global media businesses, has made a renewed commitment to Magnetic North’s progressive software solutions. The company, whose clients include BT, Freeview and Five have ordered the latest version of Maximise –Magnetic North’s next generation predictive dialling solution.

MGt have been a client of MN for many years and had recently developed a need for compliant and enhanced functionality from their dialler estate. The latest version of Maximise already had many of these unique features built into it so it was a perfect fit for the business and its developing customer needs.

MN were able to accommodate the needs across all MGT platforms, many features of which had already been identified through the MN Advantage programme, which takes into account and implements suggestions for development from customers around the world.
