The London Mint Office has chosen ‘Maximise OnDemand’, Magnetic North’s network based, pay as you go dialling solution for a three month pilot.
The London Mint Office, which is a trusted and respected partner for a large number of British coin collectors, has an outbound telemarketing team and, along with many other organisations, they are keen to increase current contact rates. Maximise will help to increase the productivity, connectivity and accountability of agents. The advanced software provides preview, progressive and predictive dialling and call blending for sales, marketing, service, call centre and debt collection environments amongst others.
Magnetic North expects the number of seats to grow quickly once the proof of concept pilot has successfully taken place.
