Magnetic North are delighted to announce that its first enterprise customer of 2010 is Family Investments.  This market leading investment company are renowned for their child trust fund plans, but also deal in over 50's life insurance plans, and dental and health plans.

Family Investments have a 150 seat call centre based in Brighton in the UK.  They were initially referred to us from Gartner when they were looking for a call recording solution to ensure they remained FSA compliant. Our Optimise software is constantly updated in order to keep our customers within the ever changing guidlines set out by the FSA and other regulatory bodies.

Family Investments looked at several vendors to supply the call recording solution. However, Magnetic North quickly became the clear choice when they were shown our PCI Compliance module. Our PCI solution takes total card security for telephone payments one stage further by removing the need for customers to speak their card details in to your phone. We use DTMF touch tone technology to enter card details, and then this is processed securely with back office integration to provide a seamless service.
