At Magnetic North, we realise that the power of recording calls and transactions that occur in your business comes from being able to connect the transaction back to the customer.

Because of this, unlike our competitors, we include ALL our API toolkits and access to the documentation and schemas, FREE with our base Optimise systems.

We do make available an optional Developer Kit, which provides a platform for integration including a simulator tool which enables testing as if the system were connected to a real phone system, as well as time from our integration consultants to introduce the Optimise system and its interfaces to your developers and help them design the best integration over a packaged 2 day on site service.

Optimise customers can also integrate their desktop applications, CRM and ERP platforms and web applications to Optimise themselves, without expensive consultants or complex integration plans.


 Optimise provides for server and client side API interfaces, as well as a fully published database schema, available at http://support.magneticnorth.com

Example integrations include one click access to playback calls from within a CRM system (below), as well triggering recordings at certain points in a call, or indexing the recordings with information about the customer, such as a Customer ID or a Case Number or Order Number.
