Each voice call has some associated data, which is useful when investigating or analysing transactions. Optimise Call Recording can capture and store information provided by the switch including: agent, group, inbound dialed number, caller ID, and directory number. Optimise Call Recording can also attach other configurable information such as call reference and call reason, as well as being able to index by date and time. Calls are indexed and can therefore be searched on any of those fields. Once retrieved calls can be played back (through Windows Media Player) and evaluated. Reviewers can even attach text comments to the call record using Optimise evaluation templates. Calls can be retrieved for analysis within seconds.
